The subject has the right to get confirmation about the existence of any data about him/her, even if it hasn’t been recorded yet and to receive it in an intelligible form. 2. The subject has the right to know: a) the origin of his/her data; b) the handling purposes and method; c) the logic applied if the data is processed with electronic means; d) the details of the data controller, the people responsible for it and the appointed representative under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects the data is going to be communicated to or are going to come to know it in their capacity as representative for that Country, people responsible or appointed to deal with it. 3.
